Sustainable Luxury


Green Fleet was founded by Bill Lobner in 2020. Bill's education at UW-Green Bay and passion for electric vehicles spawned the idea for Green Fleet. After 3 years of operation, Green Fleet is expanding to offer a luxury shuttle AND private ride services to make electric vehicles accessible to everyone. Our goal is to provide sustainable transportation to the Chippewa Valley and educate the public on the sustainability, convenience, and fun that electric vehicles offer!  We look forward to your ride with Green Fleet - thank you for helping drive society towards a sustainable future!

Terms & Conditions


  • Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before your requested booking departure to guarantee space in the vehicle.  We will accept walk-ins at MSP if there is room in the vehicle. 

  • The customer must provide their name, phone number, email address and flight number

  • The customer must select a pickup and drop-off time and location.

  • The customer will be charged the full price at the time of booking.


  • Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.

  • No cash payments are allowed.

  • If you are a walk-in customer without a reservation, the driver can take a card payment at the airport before departing.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded, but are allowed to be transferred to another date/time given there is room in the vehicle.

  • Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.


  • The shuttle will arrive at the customer's pickup location at the scheduled time.  Your specific shuttle may arrive up to 10 minutes before or after your scheduled time to accommodate multiple passengers from different parties.  The app will display your driver’s arrival time.  To guarantee the exact departure time please book the entire vehicle.

  • The shuttle will transport the customer to their destination in a comfortable and luxurious vehicle.

  • The shuttle driver will be professional and courteous.


  • The shuttle company is not liable for any damage to the customer's property.

  • The shuttle company is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.


  • The shuttle company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

  • The shuttle company reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
