At Green Fleet, our mission is to help you get to/from the MSP Airport in a convenient, timely and stress-free manner.  As people with Midwest principles, we all want quality and value from the goods and services that we purchase.  In order to put your mind at ease, we are now offering a Low-Price Guarantee for our Private Car & Luxury Shuttle services.  Our Private Car Service is the most affordable black car service, while our Luxury Shuttle is the most affordable door to door service on the market!  If you can provide a legitimate price quote for a similar service that’s less than our price, we will beat our competitors price by 5%! 

 

We are offering 3 Low Price Guarantees

  1. Private Car Service – We guarantee that we offer the lowest price with the highest quality for all cities within a 100-mile radius of the MSP Airport.  Comparable service would be a private, black car service in an SUV.  If quoting a luxury rideshare service, the day and time of travel must be the same as yours.

  2. Luxury Shuttle – We guarantee to offer the lowest price for a door-to-door service for any route we cover to/from the MSP Airport when booking for 1-2 riders.  If quoting a rideshare service, the day and time of travel must be the same as yours. 

  3. Luxury Shuttle – If you’re booking for 3-4 riders or the entire SUV with 4 adults and 2 kids, we guarantee to have a lower price per person than Groome when booking roundtrip. Check out the Luxury Shuttle page for our price/person.

  4. ​All price guarantees are based on roundtrip bookings.​

Terms & Conditions

Bookings

  • Private Car bookings must be made at least 12 hours before your requested booking departure to guarantee space in the vehicle.  Luxury Shuttle bookings require 24 hour notice.  We will accept walk-ins at MSP if there is room in the vehicle. 

  • The customer must provide their name, phone number, email address and flight number

  • The customer must select a pickup and drop-off time and location.

  • The customer will be charged the full price at the time of booking.

Payment

  • Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.

  • No cash payments are allowed.

  • If you are a walk-in customer without a reservation, the driver can take a card payment at the airport before departing.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made with under 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the ride cost.  Rides with over 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the ride cost.  We allow 100% of the ride cost to be moved to another date/time with 4 hour notice before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded, but are allowed to be transferred to another date/time if 4 hour notice was provided.

  • Date/time changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.

Service

  • The shuttle will arrive at the customer's pickup location at the scheduled time.  Your specific shuttle may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time to accommodate multiple passengers from different parties.  To guarantee the exact departure time please book the entire vehicle.

  • The shuttle will transport the customer to their destination in a comfortable and luxurious vehicle - we currently only use black Tesla Model Y SUVs.

  • The shuttle driver will be professional and courteous.

Liability

  • The shuttle company is not liable for any damage to the customer's property.

  • The shuttle company is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

General

  • The shuttle company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

  • The shuttle company reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
