Terms & Conditions

Bookings

  • Private Car bookings must be made at least 12 hours before your requested booking departure to guarantee space in the vehicle.  Luxury Shuttle bookings require 24 hour notice.  We will accept walk-ins at MSP if there is room in the vehicle. 

  • The customer must provide their name, phone number, email address and flight number

  • The customer must select a pickup and drop-off time and location.

  • The customer will be charged the full price at the time of booking.

Payment

  • Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.

  • No cash payments are allowed.

  • If you are a walk-in customer without a reservation, the driver can take a card payment at the airport before departing.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made with under 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the ride cost.  Rides with over 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the ride cost.  We allow 100% of the ride cost to be moved to another date/time with 24 hour notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded, but are allowed to be transferred to another date/time given there is room in the vehicle.

  • Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.

Service

  • The shuttle will arrive at the customer's pickup location at the scheduled time.  Your specific shuttle may arrive up to 10 minutes before or after your scheduled time to accommodate multiple passengers from different parties.  The app will display your driver’s arrival time.  To guarantee the exact departure time please book the entire vehicle.

  • The shuttle will transport the customer to their destination in a comfortable and luxurious vehicle.

  • The shuttle driver will be professional and courteous.

Liability

  • The shuttle company is not liable for any damage to the customer's property.

  • The shuttle company is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

General

  • The shuttle company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

  • The shuttle company reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
