As part of our ongoing commitment to provide users with exceptional service, we’re here to answer all your questions. We’ve listed our most frequently asked questions below. However, if you still have something on your mind, do not hesitate to reach out.

Where do you provide pickup and drop-off?  

Pickup and drop-off are provided within 25 miles of Eau Claire for our private ride service and within 10 miles for the Luxury Shuttle Service.  No need to drive 15 min outside of town to park your car outside in a lot!

How are you better from other shuttle services?

We are the best option as we provide home pickup/drop-off, don't make stops between EC and MSP and by providing comfortable and spacious seating.  We provide transport in Tesla luxury vehicles and don't believe in cramming you into a crowded shuttle van.

What if my flight is delayed?

Luxury Shuttle and Private Car Service will adjust your pickup time until 11 PM each day.  Service from 11 PM - 5 AM is only available off hours through our Private Car Service.

Is phone charging available in the car?

Yes - charging cables for Apple and Android devices are provided.

What other amenities are provided?

Water and snacks are provided for all customers.  Neck pillows and noise cancelling headphones provided upon request.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my ride?

Cancellation requests submitted 24 hours in advance will be refunded minus a 50% booking fee.  Requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100%.  We will also allow ride credit to be transferred to a future date/time with at least 3 hours notice.  One complimentary change per booking is allowed.  Additional changes will incur a $25 change fee per ride.

How many passengers can fit in one vehicle?

Each vehicle can seat up to 4 passengers.  We also have a 6 seat vehicle that can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children and some luggage.  We can also accommodate groups over 4 by providing an additional vehicle to travel in caravan.

Are pets allowed?

Yes - Pets in a carrier are allowed and included at no additional cost for our private ride service.  Luxury shuttle riders with a pet must book the entire vehicle.  Customers are responsible for any damage/injuries caused by their pets.

How much luggage is allowed per rider?

Each rider is allowed one large suitcase (30x20x12), one carryon (22x14x9), and one backpack.  Booking the entire vehicle allows for up to 4 large suitcases, 3 carry-ons and 4 backpacks with 4 adults.

Do you operate on holidays?

Yes, we offer private car service 24/7, 365 days of the year.  The Luxury Shuttle is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

Is there a fee for phone bookings?

Yes, all phone bookings have a $20 fee.
