Where do you provide pickup and drop-off?
Pickup and drop-off for Luxury Shuttle and Private Car Service bookings are provided at your home or business.
Eco Shuttle bookings are point to point from designated pickup/drop-off locations to/from the MSP Airport T1 & T2.

How are you better from other shuttle services?
We are the best option as we provide home pickup/drop-off, provide flight tracking with pickup time adjustment and provide comfortable and spacious seating. We use black, luxury SUVs and don't believe in cramming you into a crowded shuttle van.

What if my flight is delayed?
Luxury Shuttle and Private Car Service will adjust your pickup time between the hours of 6 AM - 10 PM.
Service from 10 PM - 6 AM is only available off hours through our Private Car Service.
Is phone charging available in the car?
Yes - charging ports and cables for Apple and Android devices are provided.
What other amenities are provided?
Water is available upon request. Neck pillows and noise cancelling headphones are available with 24 hour notice.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my ride?
We allow 100% of your ride credit to be transferred to a future date/time with at least 3 hours notice before your scheduled pickup. Cancellation requests submitted 24 hours in advance will be refunded minus a 50% booking fee. Requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100%. One complimentary change per booking is allowed. Additional changes will incur a $25 change fee per ride. If cancelling roundtrip 50% of the total cost will be refunded. If cancelling one way, the remaining one way price still applies and 50% of the difference between the roundtrip and one way cost will be refunded.
How many passengers can fit in one vehicle?
Each vehicle can seat up to 4 passengers. We also have a 6 seat vehicle that can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children and luggage. Roof mounted cargo carrier is available for groups with lots of luggage. We can also accommodate groups over 4 by providing an additional vehicle to travel in caravan.
Are pets allowed?
Yes - Pets in a carrier are allowed and included at no additional cost through our Private Car Service. Luxury shuttle riders with a pet must book the entire vehicle. Customers are responsible for any damage/injuries caused by their pets.
How much luggage is allowed per rider?

Each rider is allowed one large suitcase (30x20x12), one carryon (22x14x9), and one backpack. Booking the entire vehicle allows for up to 4 large suitcases, 4 carry-ons and 4 backpacks with 4 adults.
​Is there a fee for phone bookings?​
Yes, all phone/manual bookings have a $20 fee.

Do you operate on holidays?​
All shuttle services and standard private car bookings are closed on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & all Sundays to honor the Lord's Day of rest. For Private Car Service on holidays please reach out before booking online.
All rides are $5/mile with a $500 minimum charge.

Do you provide any discounts?
Yes, we offer a $20 discount to all first time customers by signing up for our email list. We also offer a 10% discount to military, college students (age 18-29) and members of the Coven and Bonds for all Luxury Shuttle and Private Car Service bookings.
