IS THE VEHICLE SANITIZED BETWEEN ROUTES?
Yes - the vehicle will be cleaned between each route. Riders will also be required to wear a mask and sanitize their hands before entering the vehicle. Both will be provided free of charge.
IS PHONE CHARGING AVAILABLE IN THE CAR?
Yes - charging cables and AC outlets are provided.
WHAT OTHER AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED?
Neck pillows, noise cancelling headphones and drinks are provided for your comfort.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellation requests submitted 24 hours in advance will be refunded. Requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be allowed to transfer to another date.
CAN I BOOK ALL 4 SEATS IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes - Booking 3 passengers will reserve the entire vehicle and give you access to the 4th seat upon request.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes - Pets in a carrier are allowed and included at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for any damage/injuries caused by their pets.
