Green Fleet - Private Car Service

Our Private Car Service provides the simplest and most convenient service

for your busy schedule.  You'll receive door to door private chauffeur

service in a black Tesla Model Y SUV.  Each vehicle can hold

4 adults, 4 large suitcases, 4 carry-ons and 4 backpacks.

If landing at an airport, we'll track your flight and adjust the pickup time based on when your plane lands.  No need to worry about delayed flights!

 

Hours: 6 AM - 10 PM, rides between 10 PM - 6 AM available for a fee

 Cost: Flat rate per vehicle with up to 4 riders  Notice: 12 hour advance notice

FARE ESTIMATES

One way (OW) or roundtrip (RT) bookings available. 

RT bookings should add all services to your cart before checking out.

 

1-100 miles: $5 base fare, $3.50/mile, $150 minimum fare

101 - 200 miles: $15 base fare, $3.00/mile, $350 minimum fare

201 - 300 miles: $25 base fare, $2.50/mile, $525 minimum fare

Hourly Service: Perfect for special events.  $150/hour/vehicle during standard hours.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

*Standard Operating Hours: 6 AM - 10 PM

Rides granted outside of normal operating hours have a $50 fee - Must call to book

MSP pickup before 8 AM and EC departure after 10:00 PM are considered off hours

Ride changes under 24 hours have a $50 fee

​

Private car rides require 12 hour notice - if granted under 24 hours there is a $50 fee assessed - Must call to book

​

We reserve the right to charge a late fee if you're more than 15 min late for your scheduled pickup time. 

​

100% trip deposit is charged for rides if cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time

 

50% cancellation fee with over 24 hour notice - allowed to transfer ride credit to another date/time

​

No refunds after the ride is completed.
