Service Description

Private Car Service is our flagship offering. Reserve the entire vehicle for you and your party. You set the exact pickup time and location. Each vehicle can hold up to 4 passengers and their luggage. Vehicle maximum is 4 large suitcases, 3 carry-ons and 4 backpacks. Choose the best when you're travelling, choose Green Fleet Private Car Service. - Standard Hours: EC departure from 5 AM to 8 PM. Rochester pickup between 7 AM and 10 PM. - Off Hours (OH): Any other pickup time has a $50 fee. - 24 Hour Notice: All rides require 24 hour notice. Must call for rides with less than 24 hour notice. $50 fee applies if granted. - 7 seat vehicle with room for 4 adults and 2 children is also available.

Cancellation Policy

50% cancellation fee with 24 hour notice. 100% cancellation fee under 24 hour notice. Allowed to transfer ride credit to a later date with at least 3 hour notice before your ride.
